he took too long of break...between LAX and RED. In recent times the indsutry is about quantity over quality and I get he put family first, good for him but the irrelevancy is coz of that break... i think if he dropped an album between LAX and RED he wouldnt be in the situation he is in now. No hes tryina re-capture mainstream and thats making him produce whack tracks... first time he did.. it was organic and gangsta rap still existed... now its different... 

plus theres no controversy anymore... his whole career was based on that.....

Yeah I think he hurt his career by taking down gunit. As he says "destroying interscope shot myself like plaxico". He took down gunit but at the same time lost fan that liked him Cus he was on g unit. Those are the ones that sided with gunit. He also lost some credibility and people got tired of him dissing g unit over and over again.

Naw Game fell off when when he started to drop the wrong songs for singles... It all started on DA.... He was in the pop charts for one blood... So u kno he coulda capitalize if he woulda put out better singles
