Game completes 60 days of fitness, comes out looking like it was 60 days of concentration camps

is anybody else wondering why the fuck he wants to be scrawny. he goes to the gym but all he does is cardio and rope bands. he looks like he dont know wtf he doing with himself. does he realize over doing cardio burns muscle as well, and you do need some fat to build muscle

duh lol. ive been an athlete for fourteen years and know alot about how the body works. im 6'0 200 pounds.

u might be an athlete but game ain't tryin to be one. there's diff programs with ppl looking for diff results. athletes aren't trying to lose weight, they just do because they do alot of working out. sprints, agility drills, weight lifting....u get the point. 


Game's just trying to get in shape. He did a fat burn 60 day segment where he ate healthy and did a lot of hiking, running. now he's on a muscle building phase where he's doing resistance workouts. that builds muscle. weight lifing is the traditional method ppl think of when they talk about building muscle but newer methods like resistance, body weight exercises are also effective. 

He wants to get ripped then roid up. He will look like 50cent soon

im well aware of what athletes do its called strength training, power building etc. and i know hes trying to get in shape and now is in the muscle building phase. but to build muscle you need to bulk up. that means getting in lots of carbs protein etc. the food he eats is in too little of proportion to bulk up. he cant gain alot of muscle unless he gains weight. hes doing too much cardio.
