Doesn't matter if the album is finished or not as long as dre doesn't drop detox or let game drop first. It seems that RED release is dependant on  DETOX so game has time to record and if he records something good than its normal that he wants to include it on the album

Not really... most 2 discs are like 10 or 11 on each discs

 

U can put like 24 on 1 disc -_-
