As Dasani said Game isn't lyrical he's a simple lyricist but he has amazing flow, transition, story telling etc. lyrics are not the only thing that make you a "rapper" you could be a rapper technically speaking and not even write your own lyrics like Dr. Dre. Nas, Raekwon, Az, Slim Shady are all lyrical.
